- page structure;
- branding;
- written content;
- graphics;

is owned by or licensed to TikBrowse and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, TikBrowse grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non- transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes.
This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, republish, or create competing services from protected TikBrowse materials without permission.
9. Third-Party Content
TikBrowse does not claim ownership of third-party profiles, videos, audio, images, captions, usernames, trademarks, or other materials processed or displayed through the Service.
Third-party content remains the responsibility and property of its respective creator, publisher, licensor, or rights holder.
TikBrowse does not independently verify the:
- ownership;

of third-party content.
10. Downloads and Copyright Responsibility
You may download content only when you have a lawful basis to do so.
A lawful basis may include:
- ownership of the content;
- permission from the rights holder;

Public availability does not automatically mean that content is free from copyright.
Removing or avoiding a platform watermark does not:
- transfer copyright;
- establish ownership;
- remove attribution obligations;
- authorize republication;
- authorize commercial use.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended download, storage, editing, sharing, or republication is permitted.
11. Copyright Complaints
TikBrowse respects intellectual-property rights.
A copyright owner or authorized representative who believes that material available through or in connection with TikBrowse infringes their rights may send a notice to:

- 5. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where
- applicable, that the sender is the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- 6. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
We may request additional information before acting on incomplete or unclear notices.
TikBrowse may remove or restrict references, links, results, or functionality when reasonably appropriate.
Submission of a false or materially misleading complaint may result in legal consequences.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of information are described in the TikBrowse Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may display, process, or link to third-party websites, advertisements, platforms, media, or services.
TikBrowse does not control and is not responsible for third-party:
- content;
- terms;
- privacy practices;
- security;
- functionality;
- availability;

- representations.
Accessing a third-party service is at your own risk and is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
14. Advertising
TikBrowse may display advertisements or sponsored content.
Advertisers are responsible for their advertisements, products, services, claims, and destination pages.
The display of an advertisement does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by TikBrowse.
Transactions between users and advertisers are solely between those parties.
15. Service Availability and Changes
TikBrowse may modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or replace any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee:
- continuous availability;
- error-free operation;
- compatibility with every device;
- availability in every country;
- processing of every username or URL;
- permanent availability of any feature;
- any particular download format or resolution;
- accuracy of third-party statistics;
- retention of previous results.
Maintenance, security measures, third-party changes, source restrictions, or legal requirements may interrupt the Service.
16. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
TikBrowse disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- non-infringement;
- accuracy;
- reliability;
- availability;
- security;
- uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, produce a particular result, or be free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TikBrowse and its operators, contributors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes loss arising from:

- content removal;
- inaccurate public information;
- unavailable downloads;
- third-party conduct;
- unauthorized use of downloaded content;

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, TikBrowse’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will be limited to the greater of:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TikBrowse and its operators, service providers, affiliates, and contributors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Service;
- your submitted URLs or requests;
- your download, storage, editing, sharing, or publication of content;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of third-party rights;
- your violation of applicable law.
This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.
19. Restriction or Termination of Access
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service when we reasonably believe that:
- these Terms have been violated;
- the Service is being abused;
- activity creates legal or security risk;
- automated traffic places an unreasonable burden on the Service;
- restriction is required by law;
- restriction is necessary to protect users or third parties.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and disputes.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of TikBrowse, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court or dispute-resolution body determined by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or rights to bring a claim before a competent local authority or court where such rights cannot lawfully be waived.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
- changes to the Service;
- changes to law;
- new features;
- security needs;
- operational requirements.
The revised Terms will be posted with an updated date.
Material changes may be communicated through an additional website notice where required.
Continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the greatest extent permitted or removed if necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
23. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only when expressly made in writing by TikBrowse.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional notices presented through the Service, form the entire agreement between you and TikBrowse concerning the Service.
